Review of Kathy’s Southern Cooking

As I first walked in I assumed I was to seat myself. I would have but three of the tables had dirty table cloths. Once I was seated, I was taken care of right away as there was only two other people in the restaurant.

I got the menu and noticed the price were higher than what I was expecting. I ordered the meatloaf and it was very good. I believe the meal should have been around $8.95 but it was $11.75 plus tax and that was the cheapest dinner on the menu. I plan to go back one more time for fried chicken that will run me $13.95 plus tax. At those prices, I hope the A/C  is working by then.

Didn't use the bathroom.  One thing people need to mention in their reviews is how clean or filthy the bathrooms are. If they want repeat business, they better keep a clean bathroom.

Kathy's started to fill with people as I left. I would have liked to seen how they perform with 15 to 20 people dining at once.
My rating would have been higher if the place was a little cleaner and prices were $2.00 cheaper on the dinners.

Over all, I would recommend you try it at least once and give it a review of your own.

Increase Las Vegas Homes Value Through Landscaping

The
front yard landscape in front of Las Vegas luxury homes is
very much important area that creates the first impression. For this
reason, it is common for sellers to concentrate on this area to drive
up buyers up to the home that they are selling.

Most
people think that landscaping a home is too much expensive. However,
with the right guidelines, planning and decision, you can create a
wow factor for your landscaping without spending the top dollars.

The
number one factor that you have to take into consideration to is the
color. Make sure to add flowering plants along the walkway and porch
area with captivating colors. Recommended colors are red, yellow and
orange. Avoid using colors with cooling effects (blues and purples)
because this is only suitable for meditation gardens.

Mulch
is commonly used in landscape to lessen weeds and to avoid drying of
the soil. You can look for inexpensive mulch at your local gardening
center. The perfect time to look for it is during off season. You can
consider opting for the rubber mulch because it doesn't deteriorate.
Additionally, rubber mulch is made of recycled ground rubber that
comes in different colors.

Alternative
grass is the best alternative for landscape design. This decorative
piece can transform an unattractive area into a beautiful,
lush-looking yard. Be sure to purchase the high quality one.

Smaller
yards in Las Vegas luxury homes can be transformed into large
airy spaces by concealing barriers like fences and walls. Use tall
and thin plants in your small yard to make an illusion of bigger
space.

Above
all, the most important key here is the cleanliness of the driveway.
Make sure to clean up oil spills and moved the parked cars away to
give the buyers the best viewing experience in your Las Vegas
luxury real estate
property. Keep in mind that buyers typically
visit many homes in a day, so it is very important to do anything
that will increase the chance for a second visit or even an offer.
